Shipping & Delivery

We have partnered with Amazon to deliver our customers a first class shipping option with tracking direct to your door.

Our shipping rates are as follows:

Most orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.

Delivery will be between 2-10 business days from payment received, depending on location.

Please note: Longer dispatch can be expected at peak buying times.

You can choose to write in the delivery instructions to leave your parcel outside if you're not home. However if you choose this option, you accept liability for the package should it get lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally to other countries than Australia (via our Australian website) and the United States at the moment. We recommend using the services of a shipping forwarding company, such as CleverMail.

We are working towards offering a better service for international shipping but in the meantime, keep an eye on our socials or sign up to our emails for up to date announcements.
